According to a survey people with hobbies feel healthier and happier than the rest of us and obviously less likely to get depression. Hobbies can provide many hours of relief from stress. A hobby can boost creativity, self esteem, passion, pleasure and accomplishments.

I say this not to brag, but because I have been enormously blessed by loyal viewers/readers who have opened their guts up to me via email- those who I have never met but have been thrilled to help along the way.
